Firstly we generate a list of equipment that you would like CTS to cover, setup dates to visit and service your equipment, frequency of visits can be Bi-annual (every 6 months) or Quarterly (every 3 months). On each visit CTS will inspect and carry out a service on each piece of equipment stated within the contract. A full report is generated and possibly quote for any further works required, and sent to yourselves. Once the quotation is accepted CTS will order the materials / spares, and arrange to revisit and complete the repair/s.

|
Like most machinery, the more it is used the more it will wear, and eventually break down, possibly causing the equipment to be out of action until it can be repaired. CTS offer several types of service contracts decreasing the likelihood of your catering equipment breaking down. |

MI (Machine Inspection). | |||||||

PPM (Preventative Planned Maintenance) | |||||||

PPMP (Preventative Planned Maintenance Premium) | |||||||

Inclusive Labour Contracts | |||||||
| A set monthly
fee includes time CTS will spend on your catering equipment repairs at no
extra costs. These contracts are suited for individual clients requirements, please call our friendly team to discuss.
