| Why? | From time to time CTS have found some service calls to
catering equipment could have been avoided, mainly due to either miss-use, or the fault could
have easily been resolved by staff , the point being, these service calls
could have been prevented, saving money for the client. CTS offer Tutorials to catering staff in order to identify methods of cleaning, light maintenance, and even spotting potential problems with the catering equipment. CTS clients have found the tutorial to be beneficial, and have noticed a difference with the upkeep and general condition of their equipment. |

| What is a Tutorial? | Tutorials are performed on site, on the equipment
requested, the duration depends on the quantity of the equipment to be
covered. CTS will cover points listed below on each piece of equipment as
requested. Key points in the tutorial
*Some companies have policies which forbid their staff to move the equipment, if this is the case it will not be covered. After each presentation a document is offered which highlights the details from the tutorial for future reference. |
